A EUR 100 ceiling needs a complete basket
Around EUR 80–100 is the reader budget used for this guide. Treat EUR 100 as a spending ceiling, not a target you have to reach. A lower listed device price may leave room for required missing items; an optional bundle can push an apparently affordable device beyond the ceiling.
There is no best-tested winner here. Kinetexa owns only a reported Sunshine, with its exact revision unconfirmed. The following are dated source checks, not handling results or a universal delivery quote.

|---|---|---|---|
| XMAX V3 Pro at VapeFully, colour variants offered | 69 | “Shipments will resume by: 12.10.2026” alongside an add-to-basket control | A listed price below the ceiling, with a dispatch delay; chosen-variant fulfilment still needs confirmation |
| XMAX Starry V4 at MagicVaporizers.com, Black displayed | 99 | In stock | A session-device listing at the ceiling; this is Starry V4, not V4 Pro |

The browser visit was localized to the Netherlands. VapeFully displayed an EU shipping threshold above EUR 50 and a Netherlands delivery banner; the product also displayed the later dispatch-resumption date. Do not rely on the generic arrival banner over the product-specific delay. MagicVaporizers displayed free shipping at the checked basket threshold. Destination eligibility, final shipping, taxes and the actual checkout total were not independently verified. VAT was not separately itemized in this check. Confirm the total for your country before calling either option a delivered-under-EUR-100 purchase.
Choose the questions that matter to you
The V3 Pro manufacturer reference manual describes session and on-demand modes, four/six-minute session timing, a thirty-second on-demand interval, a replaceable 18650 battery and 5 V/1 A input. These are document statements, not Kinetexa performance measurements. The retailer's October-2026 variant wording does not establish that every manual or older unit matches that variant.
The Starry V4 retailer describes a conduction/session device with four-, six- and ten-minute timers and a replaceable battery. Those features are attributed to the listing; its matching manufacturer manual has not been checked in this guide. We do not repeat the retailer's suggested inhalation technique, temperature routine, solvent instructions or runtime testing as our advice or findings.
If having both session and on-demand controls is a requirement, the documented V3 Pro is a candidate to investigate, including its dispatch delay. If your requirement is a currently listed session device near the ceiling, the Starry V4 listing is another candidate to investigate. Neither conditional shortlist establishes superior extraction, comfort or health outcomes.
Value includes what happens after purchase
Compare the exact supplied items, matching care information, current replacement parts, support contact and complete price. Check whether a required power supply is included; a cable is not the same thing. Optional glassware, spare cells and capsule packs belong in separate basket rows.
Do not choose a spare battery from the 18650 shape alone. Do not transfer V3 Pro parts to Starry V4 or V4 Pro because the model names share a number. The accessories guide and retailer checklist help record those questions.
What would change this shortlist?
Fresh prices and variant-specific stock could change it immediately. Matched manuals would improve the source comparison. Real handling records would be needed for ordinary cleaning effort, runtime and preference judgments. Until then, use the exact-device comparison for documented features and leave untested results unknown.
