Record what the listing actually establishes
A displayed price or coupon does not establish stock, authenticity, delivery eligibility or the quality of returns handling. This checklist is a method for recording evidence. It is not an endorsement or accusation concerning a named retailer, and it does not provide cannabis purchase directions.
Record the date and destination context for each check. A statement that was correct last month may not describe today's stock or carrier restrictions. The anonymous historical device purchase is not evidence of a current offer.
The verification worksheet
- Record the exact device name and revision. Match it to the manufacturer documentation.
- Distinguish "available," pre-order and a stated dispatch date. Save the relevant wording for private comparison.
- Record the price, currency, tax treatment, shipping and any coupon conditions. Do not describe an untested coupon as working.
- Read the seller's stated return and warranty process, including who handles a fault. Do not turn that summary into jurisdiction-independent legal advice.
- Check delivery restrictions for the exact product, carrier and destination. A locker option for another parcel does not establish this parcel's eligibility.
- Look at independent review provenance and how complaints are handled. An anonymous allegation or a seller-hosted rating is not conclusive evidence.
Keep the conclusion narrow
Separate a directly observed page statement from an unresolved question. If stock is unconfirmed, say so. If delivery conditions are ambiguous, seek clarification from the seller rather than inventing a guarantee. A checklist can expose missing information without assigning an unsupported trust score.
The ownership worksheet carries shipping and compatible replacement costs into a financial comparison. It does not make a retailer's promise independently verified.
A dated record rather than a permanent verdict
The anonymous Sunshine acquisition is reported as September 2026 for EUR 100, with exact day unknown and no inspected receipt. Earlier coupon, stock and parcel-locker questions are research leads, not working-coupon checks or accusations about a seller. A new listing needs a new dated observation for its exact variant.
| Check | Record now | Leave unknown when |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Exact seller entity and product variant shown | Only a brand image or similar product name is visible |
| Total price | Currency, tax, shipping and conditions | Checkout/destination cost has not been verified |
| Availability | Exact displayed stock/dispatch wording and date | A catalogue entry alone is visible |
| Delivery | Product/carrier/destination terms | Another parcel used that carrier or locker |
| Returns | Actual stated process and responsible party | A generic warranty badge replaces terms |
| Reviews | Source, date, purchase verification and incentives if known | Rating provenance is unavailable |
This is a blank evidence method, not completed checks for a named retailer. A saved screenshot can preserve what was shown, but redaction and rights must be reviewed before publishing it. A later changed listing corrects the dated record; it does not make an older truthful observation permanent or prove dishonesty.
Sources and evidence status
Source checks, editorial review and publication are separate states. A link alone does not establish that a claim was reviewed.
